How To Use



How do I use the Daily Prayers?
Option 1: Choose a person or people to commit to pray for daily. Insert their names into the provided spaces everyday.
Option 2:
Read the verse first. Ask yourself, “Who does this apply to?” and insert their name(s) in to the provided spaces.

What if I’m praying for multiple people everyday?
  • Pray for one person at a time and repeat the verses for each person
  • OR put all of the names together and pray for them at one time
There’s no right or wrong way to pray scripture! Just commit, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, and start praying.
Have another way you use our daily prayers? Email us so we can share your idea with others! 

Who should I pray for?
The possibilities are endless! Here are a few ideas to get you started:

How can I use the daily prayer to go deeper?
  1. READ or LISTEN to the corresponding chapter for each day’s scriptures using the provided links.
  2. REFLECT on the daily question.
  3.  MEDITATE on or MEMORIZE one of the daily verses.
  4. WRITE the prayers on notecards.
  5. START a scripture prayer journal for yourself or someone else.
  6. ENGAGE in the conversation by commenting on the daily posts.

What are the BEST ways I can share the daily prayers?

  2. Text a picture of the daily verses.

Pray Psalm 1

Please take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today. You may want to READ or LISTEN  to the chapter before you begin.
1:1   May ______ be a man/woman who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, or stand in the way of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers. May _______ be one who is blessed.
1:2   May ______’s delight be in Your law, Lord. May ______ meditate on Your law day and night.
1:3   May ______ be a like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. May whatever ______ does prosper.
1:6   “For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.” May ______ be one who is righteous so that You, Lord, will watch over his/her way.

Pray Psalm 2

Pray Psalm 16:7-11

Pray Psalm 17:1-6

We have completed an amazing journey through the book of Exodus!  We will spend this week in Psalm 17 and 18 and begin a new book next week. Please take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
Psalm 17:1     Lord, please hear ______’s righteous plea; listen to his/her cry. Give ear to ______’s prayer because it does not rise from deceitful lips.
Psalm 17:3b    May ______ resolve that his/her mouth will not sin.
Psalm 17:4b      May ______ keep himself/herself from the ways of the violent.

Pray Psalm 18:1-18

Psalm 18:1   May ______ say of You, “I love you, O Lord, my strength.”
Psalm 18:2   Lord, I pray that You would be ______’s rock, fortress, and deliverer. May ______ know that You are his/her rock. May ______ take refuge in You. Be ______’s shield and the horn of his/her salvation, ______’s stronghold.
Psalm 18:3     May ______ call to You, Lord, who are worthy of praise, and know that You (are able to) save ______ from his/her enemies.
Psalm 18:6   May ______ call to You, Lord, in his/her distress. May ______ cry to You, God, for help and know that You hear his/her voice, and that his/her cry comes before You into Your ears.
Psalm 18:18     Lord, be ______’s support.

Pray Psalm 25:1-7

Please take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
Psalm 25:1   May ______ lift up his/her soul to You, Lord. May ______ put his/her trust in You.
Psalm 25:3a     May ______ know that no one whose hope is in You, Lord, will ever be put to shame.
Psalm 25:4     Show ______ Your ways, Lord. Teach him/her Your paths.
Psalm 25:5     May ______’s prayer be, “Guide me in Your truth, and teach me, Lord, for You are God my Savior, and my hope is in You all day long.”
Psalm 25:7     Lord, remember not the sins of ______’s youth and his/her rebellious ways. According to Your love, Lord, remember ______, for You are good, O Lord.

Pray Psalm 25:8-14

 Please take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
Psalm 25:8     May ______ know that You are good and upright, Lord.   Instruct ______, a sinner, in Your ways.
Psalm 25:9     May ______ be humble so that You may guide him/her in what is right and teach him/her Your way.
Psalm 25:10     May ______ know that all of Your ways are loving and faithful, for those who keep the demands of Your covenant.
Psalm 25:11     May ______’s prayer be, “For the sake of Your name, O Lord, forgive my iniquity, though it is great.”
Psalm 25:14     May ______ fear You, Lord, because You confide in those that fear You and make Your covenant known to them.









Pray Psalm 42

(Psalm 42 & 43, considered one Psalm in many Hebrew manuscripts, speak of one whose soul is downcast, who has shed many tears, and who feels rejected by God, yet hopes he/she will praise God again. As you pray today, think of the people in your life or those around the world who are hurting or downcast in spirit and need to be reminded that God is their stronghold. You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
Psalm 42:1     As the deer pants for streams of water, may ______’s soul pant for You, O God.
Psalm 42:2     May ______’s soul thirst for You, the living God.
Psalm 42:5,11     When ______’s soul is downcast and disturbed, may ______ put his/her hope in You, God, and praise You again, his/her Savior and God.
Psalm 42:8     May ______ say of You, “By day the Lord directs His love, at night His song is with me – a prayer to the God of my life.” May You be the God of ______’s life.

Pray Psalm 43

Psalm 42 & 43, considered one Psalm in many Hebrew manuscripts, speak of one whose soul is downcast, who has shed many tears, and who feels rejected by God, yet hopes he/she will praise God again. As you pray today, who comes to mind that is downcast in spirit and need to be reminded that God is their stronghold? You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
Psalm 43:1     Vindicate ______, O God, and plead his/her cause against [the ungodly]. Rescue ______ from deceitful and wicked men.
Psalm 43:2     God, You are ______’s stronghold. May ______ never say, “Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?”
Psalm 43:3a     Send forth Your light and Your truth, Lord. Let them guide ______.
Psalm 43:4     May You, God, be ______’s joy and delight.
